Refund policy

DVNCE accepts returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Sale items, limited releases, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
